We have been involved in web hosting and related internet services since 1998. Things were a lot different then from the look and feel of web sites to connection issues and site features, one thing has not changed however - the ability of most web sites to totally confuse potential customers with the array of different packages and over-use of technical jargon. There are an awful lot of people out there who know nothing about the process of setting up and hosting a web site and wouldn't even know where to begin finding out - so we thought it about time to simplify the process by offering a set fee all inclusive service and above all - keeping it simple!

Our location

Our UK operation is based in the South of England. Although we cater for the needs of many customers within our area we do offer an UK-wide and International service. After all...the internet is global!

The Technology

Only Dell servers are used in the web hosting platform. It has been designed in such a way that if any server fails another server automatically and without delay takes over that server's workload. For example, if one of our mail servers breaks down another server automatically comes online, with all the correct configuration, and takes over the work of the failed server. During this period no email is lost.

As well as this, all data is stored in two large network disk arrays. Data is automatically synchronised between the arrays so that in the event of an array failing the remaining array continues to serve data to the servers with no downtime.
