What is MIVA?

The Miva Engine is a language pre-processor for parsing and executing applications that have been developed using the HTML based, XML compliant, Miva Script language.

The XML based Miva Script language lets web site developers access advanced
commerce and database features in a familiar environment, using HTML like tags. Because the system is tag based, HTML users can build active content documents without the burden of steep training and support. Advanced users can develop function libraries using Miva Script's user defined function capabilities.
