How do I access the raw web access or error logs?
Simply
log into your Domainscape Control Panel and select
‘Web Site Reporting’. You then have an option
for ‘Log File Download’.
This
feature allows you to download your server access
log as a zip file, you can then manipulate the
file locally on your PC to get any specific data
you need.
Otherwise
with SSH access enabled you can find these in
the "logs" folder in the root of your
hosting space (note these are not viewable via
FTP)
