Transferring your UK Domain

Transferring your UK domains to Domainscape Internet is simple if you follow these guidelines. Please note that your domain will not be under our management until we send you confirmation that the transfer has completed successfully. Any renewal of registration or configuration change that may be required before transfer completion must be done through your current service provider.

1. Change the tag of the domain to HEARTINTERNET

2. Complete the Transfer Notification form

Moving UK domains from 123-reg to Domainscape Internet

1. Log-in to your 123-reg members area

2. Select to Modify the domain you want to move

3. In the Domain Control Panel select 'Change IPS Tag'

4. Enter HEARTINTERNET as the new IPS Tag

5. Complete the Transfer Notification form

Moving UK domains from UKREG to Domainscape Internet

1. Select 'Configure Domains' from UKREG

2. Log-in to your account

3. Select your UK domain that you want to move to Domainscape Internet

4. Select to modify the IPS Tag

5. Enter HEARTINTERNET as the new IPS Tag

6. Complete the Transfer Notification form

Moving UK domains from Easyspace

1. Log-in to the Easyspace shop

2. Enter your username and password

3. Select the "services" button to the right of the domain name you wish to transfer

4. Scroll down to the end of the service list to "IPS tag request" and enter the news IPSTAG (in CAPITALS)

5. Click "confirm order" then click "submit details..." and select your payment method

6. Complete the Transfer Notification form

Transferring your .com Domain

1. Ensure that the current administration contact email address is valid and that the person receiving email at that address knows that they must respond to emails about the transfer

2. Complete the Transfer Notification form

3. The administration contact will receive an email from OpenSRS with instructions on how to confirm the transfer

4. Once confirmed it will take only 24 hours to become active if you are transferring from 123-Reg or UKREG. With other providers it may take up to seven days

5. You may also receive another email from the current registrar, if you do you should read this carefully as it may contain instructions for you to authorise the transfer away from them
